专利摘要:
An ullage measuring device and an accurate method of using an ullage tape to find the surface of a liquid in a tank without visual sighting. The ullage device includes a composite tape formed of a tape from which readings of ullage may be obtained and electrical conductors to activate circuitry for rendering a crystal operative to transmit sonic energy to another crystal adapted to receive sonic energy and to activate one of the conductors to provide an audible indication at a point remote from the surface of the liquid when the effective end of the composite tape has reached the surface of the liquid.

专利说明:

The invention relates to analytical instrumentation and can be used in oil production and other areas of industry.
A device is known for determining the level of oil, water and downhole wells, which contains an electric motor and a drum with a cable wound on it, connected through slip rings and brushes for control with the electric motor, and the cable is connected through a friction gear to the immersion depth gauge of a contact box l .
The disadvantages of this device are low measurement accuracy, as well as increased explosion hazard of use.
Closest to the proposed by the technical essence and the achieved result is a device for determining the level of alcohol in tanks, consisting of a main zinc electrode suspended on a steel with millimeter divisions tape wound on a drum, a signal electrode, a galvanometer and a nonius 2.
A disadvantage of the known device is the increased explosion hazard of its operation.
The purpose of the invention is to increase operational safety.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the device for measuring the empty volume of the liquid reservoir, which contains a liquid-sensitive sensor, a mechanism for winding a tape to adjust the height of the sensor suspension, is two. electrical conductor and tape with a scale, additionally a power supply unit has been added, a locking mechanism, a detector, an amplifier, a switch and a source of electrical energy, and a fluid-sensitive sensor made in the form of an audible transmitter and receiver, mounted with a gap for insertion - my liquid, the locking mechanism is connected to the tape winding mechanism, and the signaling unit through a switch and detector is connected to a liquid-sensitive sensor and a source of electrical energy.
Sensitive elements of the transmitter and receiver are made in the form. bipedar crystal
The tape with the scale is made of metal, and electrical conductors are placed on it, placed in an insulator, and the metal tapes are grounded.
Ribbon winding mechanism for adjusting the height of the sensor suspension. No .iuief; with a housing for mounting the tape case.) of the drum, to which a handle was attached to hold the mechanism for winding the tape, and on the shaft, turned rotatable in the casing, oosio and rigidly mounted on one toron from the casing there is a tape drum with a hub, and on the other side A gear wheel, while adjacent to a gear wheel on a shaft made with a square cross section, is mounted a handle for winding and winding the tape with the possibility of lateral movement relative to the shaft, and a plinth with the possibility of gearing with a gear is attached to the handle th wheel in the hub to establish a source of electrical energy, and a switch unit signaling.
FIG. Figure 1 shows a device for measuring the empty volume of a tank with a liquid; a common one in FIG. 2 is a tape drum with a hub; FIG. 3 shows a gear wheel, cross section; FIG. 4 ent with a different arrangement of conductors, cross section; Fi5g, 5 electrical circuit device.
The proposed device comprises a winding mechanism 1 with a scale 2 and conductors 3 placed in insulator 4, handle 5, casing b for ycTafiOBKH of tape drum 7, shaft 8 pivoted in a casing, on one side of which a tape drum with a hub 9 is fixed, and on the other hand, a gear wheel 10, with a handle 11 for winding ii winding a ribbon and a pin 10, source 13 of electrical energy, alarm unit 14, switch 15f detector 16, and a fluid sensitive sensor 17 with sound transmitter 18 and receiver 19 i
The device works as follows
The fluid-sensitive sensor 17 is lowered into the capacitance on the tape 2. The empty volume is equal to the difference between the heights of the points A and B. By the handle 11 the tape 2 is unwound from the tape drum 7 until the alarm unit 14 starts to sound, then the sensor 17 rises to those until the sound stops. This moment is recorded on the tape scale relative to the reference (reference) point and is used as information about the empty volume of the tank with liquid
In order to eliminate the creation of an electric charge in the outer surface of the insulator 4 of the tape 2, the notches and grooves are made on the outer surface of the tape.
creating a narrower section that allows the charge to flow through the insulating coating onto the metal tape and dissipate through the grounding mechanism earthing 1. Conductors 3 in the insulators 4 can be located on opposite sides of the metal part of the tape 2 on which the scale is applied, and one of the sides of this tape. But in the latter case, a capacitive effect can be created (or the interaction of the conductors on each other, which introduces interference into the useful signal.
A fluid sensitive sensor 117 provides information about immersion in a liquid by transmitting and receiving sound energy from crystals 18 and 19 through a gap filled with a controlled fluid when the sensor 17 is immersed in it. When the switch 15 is closed, the voltage from the source of electrical energy is applied to the electronic block that provides oscillation of the transmitting crystal for 18 s
its natural frequency and, therefore, the transmission of sound signals to the receiving crystal 19 through the air gap. When the air gap (sensor) is immersed in a liquid, the transmission of sound energy increases and the alarm unit 14 is triggered.
Moving and fixing the tape 2 along the tape drum with the hub 9 is ensured by the fact that the handle 11 has a longitudinal cut allowing the handle to transversely transverse to the shaft with the possibility of engagement of the pin with the toothed wheel, which determines the rotation or fixation of the tape drum with the hub 9 .
Thus, as a result of using a fluid-sensitive sensor with a supply voltage of L / 6 V, as well as leyty, which provides dissipation of electric charge, the operational safety of the device is increased.
